Q: Can remanufactured cartridges perform as well as original equipment (new) cartridges?
A: Yes, all components that are subject to wear are replaced in our cartridges. The plastic housing
is reused, because it is a core component, not subject to war over a reasonable amount of time, much like the framing of a house.
Q: When I buy a brand new cartridge, aren't I getting all new parts?
A: Not necessarily, Hewlett Packard, for example, has disclosed that their cartridges are manufactured using new and recycled parts, as are ours. Why pay more?
Q: Is the image quality as good as a "new" cartridge?
A: Yes, we invite you to compare.
Q: I've had problems with some remanufactured cartridges that I have tried in the past. Why?
A: There are literally thousands of business that remanufacture cartridges. Some companies make excellent cartridges, some don't. How are you to know? Here is one way. Our cartridges are certified to ISO 9002 standards. This means that our company has been rigidly examined by the International Standardization Organization. This is a worldwide watchdog that was created in a successful attempt to ensure that customers have access to the highest quality products that modern science has to offer. Many companies produce inferior cartridges and do not qualify for this rating. For example, the photosensitive drum unit which receives the image from the laser scanner, is replaced every time in our cartridges. Many companies try to economize by reusing, instead of replacing this expensive unit, thus compromising image quality and reliability.
Q: Is the page yield the same as a "new" cartridge?
